Role Summery Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering information related to delinquent customers and negotiate them to pay the debts.
- Daily follow up with delinquent customers to collect the outstanding debts.
- Filed visits to the delinquent customers to collect the debts.
- Evaluate customer ability & willingness to pay and take the proper decision based on customer status.
- Transfer the legal cases to the lawyers to start legal action and follow up the status of legal courts.
- Prepare requested reports.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA degree in business or any other related fields.
- High energy, motivated.
- Strong communication and organizational skills along with strong phone skills.
- Able to identify and understand the needs and priorities of Subscribers.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong attention to details.
- valid driving license.
