Role Summary:
- Participate in the planning and optimization processes of the transmission backbone and backhaul networks (Microwave)
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of optical transmission nodes (SDH).
- Technical follow up of TRX projects implementation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the transmission network planning activities (both optical and radio).
- Responsible for optical network operation and maintenance.
- Write technical specifications and evaluate proposals.
- Reviewing capacity utilization versus design to ensure accurate planning.
- Update the design database and work on network optimization.
- Prepare regular progress reports of the activities related to the transmission network development & expansion.
- Provide technical support and the needed training for the TRX engineers in the projects.
- Follow up all acceptance test activities.
- Ensure proper smooth handover process to the operation & maintenance team.
- Any other duties in accordance with the management tasks.
- Will be On-Call "24x7x365"
Work Experience & Qualifications ::
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering or any related field.
- Two years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- A solid Knowledge of Transmission networks and transmission technologies. Like SDH / PDH / Ethernet Microwave technology, Fiber optics ... etc

- The ability to work under periods of high pressure and during night activities and be self-sufficient and motivated.
- Professional in using computer.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team working skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Professional in English & Arabic (Written & Verbal Communication).
- Driving licenses is a must.
