حيث يشرف على ادارتها أعضاء مجلس الإدارة المنتخب، اضافة الى طاقم تنفيذي مؤهل وعلى كفاءة عالية قادر على ادارة الجمعية بأنشطتها المتعددة، حيث تعتبر الجمعية من الجمعيات الرائدة في نشر التوعية والتثقيف المروري بين ابناء الشعب الفلسطيني مع خلق جيل واع هدفه الحفاظ على سلامة ابناء الشعب.

المؤهلات والخبرات والقدرات:-
أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على الدرجة الجامعية الأولى (البكالوريوس) كحد أدنى في أحد التخصصات الإدارية أو الهندسة بفروعها أو تخصصات ذات علاقة بمهام الوظيفة.
خبره لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في مجال العمل في المؤسسات غير الحكومية.
إجادة اللغة الانجليزية كتابة وقراءة ومحادثة.
الكفاءة العالية في التنسيق والتشبيك و تجنيد الأموال مع المؤسسات الدولية والمحلية. 
القدرة على كتابة التقارير الإدارية باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.
لديه القدرة العالية على استخدام برامج الحاسوب والانترنت.
لديه مهارات ممتازة في الأمور المالية والإدارية والعلاقات العامة.
العمل ضمن فريق والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
لديه مهارات قيادية ممتازة.
القدرة على الاتصال والتواصل.


المسئوليات والمهام
تنفيذ وتطوير الخطط الاستراتيجية و السياسات التي يضعها مجلس الادارة .
إعداد التقارير الادارية وعرضها على مجلس الادارة والجهات المعنية.
تمثيل الجمعية في المؤتمرات و المنتديات الدولية و كافة الفعاليات.
تسيير وادارة العمل اليومي في الجمعية وتقييم الموظفين.
مراقبة و متابعة كافة المشاريع المنفذة في الميدان.
القيام بأي أعمال أخرى توكل له/ها من قبل مجلس الإدارة.

في كل عام تعلن حكومة سنغافورة  Singapore Government  عن برنامج منح جه تي سي أو JTC للطلاب الدوليين والمحليين من أجل متابعة أي من برامج أو تخصصات درجة البكالوريوس التي تدعمها المنحة في أفضل الجامعات في عدة دول مختلفة حول العالم
وهي سنغافورة ، الولايات المتحدة ، المملكة المتحدة ، فرنسا ، ألمانيا ، الصين ، واليابان للعام الدراسي 2017-2018.

JTC هي الوكالة الرائدة في سنغافورة التابعة لوزارة التجارة والصناعة. منذ إنشائها في عام 1968 ، لعبت الشركة دورا رئيسيا في رحلة التنمية الاقتصادية في سنغافورة من خلال تطوير الأراضي والمساحة لدعم التحول من الصناعات وخلق فرص عمل جيدة وذلك بعثة من الشركة في تطوير البنية التحتية الصناعية لتحفيز نمو صناعات جديدة وتحويل الشركات القائمة.

سيشرف عليها مجموعه من المخرجين والمنتجين ذوي الخبرة، وستكون الأولوية في التسجيل للاشخاص على أن يمتلكوا المهارات التالية (إخراج، تصوير، مونتاج، كتابة السيناريو) لإنتاج فيلمهم الاول، وسيتم عرضها فيما بعد في مساحات بديلة في غزة، وعلى الرغبين بالمشاركة ارسال مقترح لفكرة الفيلم وبيوغرافي للسيرة الذاتية على الايميل : haifamedia-art@hotmail.com

محاور ورشة العمل :
• تحليل بنية وعناصر الفيلم الوثائقي.
• التعرف على مراحل إنتاج الفيلم الوثائقي ( مرحلة البحث والتطوير – مرحلة الانتاج – مرحلة مابعد الانتاج 
• تطوير فكرة الفيلم ومعالجة الأفكاركتابة السيناريو.
• التعرف على الية بناء فريق عمل مهني مؤهل لإنتاج فيلم وثائقي.
• التعرف على أهم التحديات والعقبات التي تواجه صناع الأفلام وكيفية التغلب عليها.
• إنتاج وإخراج أفلام خلال الورشة تترواح مابين 5 الى 7 دقائق
• التعرف على مبادئ التصوير والمونتاج والاخراج

الفئة المستهدفة:
المخرجون/ات، المصورون/ات، فنيو/ات المونتاج والإضاءة، كتبة السيناريو.
مدة اورشة 3شهور 6 ساعة تدريبية اسبوعيا، تبدأ من تاريخ 1/3/2017 وحتى 30/3/2017 

شروط الالتحاق بالدورة :
• التسجيل وإرفاق السيرة الذاتية مع سيناريو لفكرة فيلم (لن يتم النظر في أي طلب لا ترفق معه فكرة الفيلم المقترحة).
• الأولوية للمتقدمين والذين يتقدمون بسيناريو لفكرة فيلم.

Counseling psychologist - Baitona for Community Development

Baitona for Community Development (BCD) works in the North Governorate, Gaza strip, Palestine since 2003.
Baitona offers a set of integrated rehabilitation, which include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, providing helping tools for disabilities and Diagnostic & therapeutic services for speech disorders. Baitona also provides educational programs for orphans and students, who drop out from schools as well.

Baitona will implement the project of "improvement of the well-being of older people in North Gaza Governorate" through partnership with International Medical Corps (IMC) funded by USAID within Gaza2020: Health Matters Project. This project aims at enhancing the quality of life of older people through increasing their accessibility to Community-based rehabilitation services in North Gaza Governorate.

Therefore, BCD intends to recruit the following positions:

Title: Counseling psychologist
Type of Position: Full time 
Place: North Governorate in the Gaza Strip.
Duration: 10 months.

Key responsibilities:
-Assessing a client's needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, interviews.
-Organizing psychological therapy sessions on a one-to-one basis and group therapy base,  for difficulties relating to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, social and interpersonal problems and challenging behavior;
-Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress and writing reports
-Attend multidisciplinary case meetings to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.
Organize support and training for cares and clients.
-Conducting interviews with older people and families to assess and review their situation;
-Organizing and managing packages of support to enable older people to lead the fullest lives possible;
-Liaising with, and making referrals to, other NGOs;
-Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for legal action;
-Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress and writing reports
-Attend multidisciplinary case meetings to plan to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.
-Organize support and training for cares and clients

Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor degree in Psychological Counseling or similar fields. 
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar field.
-Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic. 
- Assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work.
-Serious, trustworthy, disciplined, dependable and responsible. 
-Ability to work under pressure, and within team.

-Preparing The monthly request forms for the projects after preparing a financial report for each. ·
- Following up the receipt of the transfers in our banks account.
-Recording Journal entry and receipt voucher for the received transfer.
- Writing and translating any English documents related to the finance department.
- Preparing of the quarterly financial reports.
- Preparing the monthly adjustments.

Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience:

-prepare the marking plan, indicators sheet and performance monitoring plan.
-prepare the procurement plan of the project.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the project, including monitoring.
-Use Project management tools to monitor working hours, budget and plans.
-Create And maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or other related field.
-Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar field.

منسق أنشطة للعمل في المركز الطبي لتأهيل الحواس

تم تأسيس المركز الطبي في العام 1999 ، وهو مركز طبي صحي ، مرخص من وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية يعني بالخدمات الطبية والصحية ، يضم مجموعة من العيادات المتخصصة ،و هي : 

عيادة الطب العام والاستشارات والرعاية المنزلية 
عيادة أمراض النساء والولادة 
وعيادة الجراحة العامة 
عيادة الامراض النفسية والعصبية وتأهيل الادمان 
عيادة السمعيات والتخاطب والتدخل المبكر
بالاضافة الى برنامج التدريب وتنمية القدرات .

الوصف الوظيفي للمنصب: 
• تنظيم عمل فريق ميداني
• القدرة على التنسيق مع المؤسسات التي تخدم المركز وخدماته
• تحمل ضغط العمل، وفن التعامل مع فريق الأطباء والأخصائيين وخدمات المركز
• التمتع بشخصية قيادية ومرونة في العمل
• القدرة على تنسيق وتنظيم التدريب والملتقيات والمشاريع
• القدرة على وضع حلول مقترحة وإدارة الصعوبات
• إبداء روح الانتماء والعطاء للمؤسسة
• الفهم والإلمام بأفكار وخدمات المؤسسة
• امتلاك مهارات إدارية وإعلامية

المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:
- أن يكون حاصلا على شهادة جامعية .
- أن يكون من سكان مدينة غزة
- أن يتحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق
- أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين
