Invitation to participate in tender for the supply and installation of sanitary ware and rehabilitation of toilets
Youth Vision Society is a non-profit CBOs organization founded in 2009. It works in the field of community development through the implementation of developmental and relief programs and projects targeting the Palestinian society.
Youth Vision Society is implementing the Gaza Emergency Project to assist the affected families in Al Shati camp through the installation and maintenance of the toilets. Therefore, Youth Vision invites registered suppliers in the official departments to participate in tender for the supply and installation of sanitary ware and rehabilitation of toilets according to the following conditions:
• The supplier must be registered in the official departments.
• Tender includes supply and installation of sanitary ware and rehabilitation of toilets for places that are determined by the coordinator of Youth Vision Society and on stages.
• The supplier must submit a tax invoice that does not include VAT.
• A bank check or bank guarantee must be attached to accept the tender at a value of 5% of the total tender value valid for 90 days from the date of opening the tender, and no tender will be considered unless it is accompanied by an insurance, also the supplier will provide a bank guarantee to ensure good supply at a value of 10% upon awarding the tender.
Tender documents can be obtained from Tuesday, 26/9/2017 until Thursday evening, 28/9/2017, from 9 am to 3 pm during official working hours, at the headquarter of the Youth Vision Society located in Gaza, Al Naser area.
• Youth Vision will organize a preliminary meeting for suppliers at 10:00 am on Sunday, 30/09/2017, to answer any queries at the Society's headquarter.
• The deadline for submission of the tender on Sunday, 1/10/2017 at 2:00 pm at the headquarter of the Society, and will be opened at the same day.
• The Committee is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and without giving reasons.
• Advertising fees on the supplier.
