Position Title: Programs Manager (Full time)

Period: 12 Months with Possibility of Extension

Starting Date: 15th August, 2017

Salary: Competitive, 

Location: Khanyounis

Requirements: 

- Demonstrated knowledge of key issues in program/project development within the Palestinian and International development context.

- ability to review and analyze trends, needs, and assets (resources and human capacities).

- Demonstrated understanding of the political, economic, and social context of the operating environment.

- Familiarity with international donor project management requirements and policies Experience in development public-private linkages.

- Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of the Palestinian nongovernmental ecosystem and knowledge and good connection with local and international of civil society organizations and private sector as well.

- Experience working with international and local partners.

Qualifications :

- Master degree in development, economics, management, project management, engineering, or equivalent.

- 5 years of work in development, program management &evaluation and/ or NGO programs management

- Proven leadership, representational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.

- Strong English and Arabic oral and written communication skills; and ability to generate reports and other written documents.

- Computer skills (Microsoft Office applications including MS project).
